Houston B2B Notary Support

Reliable Mobile Notary & Document Support for Law Firms

Give your staff one local point of contact for mobile notarization, client-location appointments, prepared legal documents requiring notarization, and apostille coordination.

Where We Fit

An external resource that protects your staff's time

JM Notary Services is designed to complement the firm's legal work, not replace it. Your office prepares and advises on the documents. We handle the mobile notarial appointment and related logistics within the notary's legal role.

Estate-planning appointments

Mobile notarization for already-prepared estate-planning documents when your client needs a home, office, hospital, or facility appointment.

Power of attorney

Notarization of already-prepared durable, medical, financial, limited, or other power-of-attorney documents when the requested notarial act is clear.

Affidavits & sworn statements

Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and prepared sworn documents within the notary's legal role.

Facility & client-location visits

Appointment-based travel to homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living, nursing homes, and other approved locations.

Apostille coordination

A separate coordination path for eligible Texas documents that need authentication for use outside the United States.

Recurring firm support

A consistent local point of contact for firms that prefer a dependable external notary resource instead of solving each appointment from scratch.

Questions from Law Firms

Can our office use JM Notary Services as a recurring mobile-notary resource?

Yes. Firms can contact JM Notary Services for recurring client appointments and document-support requests. Each appointment is still confirmed individually for availability, location, document readiness, and price.

Can you prepare or explain legal documents for our clients?

No. JM Notary Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or document preparation. The law firm or client must provide completed documents and the appropriate notarial instructions.

Can you meet clients at hospitals or senior-care facilities?

Potentially, by advance confirmation. Facility access, signer awareness/willingness, identification, witnesses, scheduling, and any facility rules must be confirmed before travel.

Can you coordinate apostilles for firm clients?

Yes, eligible requests can be reviewed for apostille coordination. The issuing jurisdiction, destination country, document type, quantity, timing, and any translation need must be confirmed before a quote is issued.
